Reviews and appeals

If you are dissatisfied with certain decisions of the QCT or the Professional Practice and Conduct Committee made under the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005, you may appeal the decision by making an application for review.

If you are dissatisfied with review decisions of the QCT Board or a decision of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) you may appeal to QCAT.
