The Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (the IP Act) give right of access to information held by the QCT, unless it would be not be in the public interest to release it.
Access to information under the RTI or IP Acts should be a last resort. Before submitting a RTI or IP application, you may be able to find the information you need through:

To make an RTI or IP access application, download the application form (PDF, 172KB) and submit your application via post, fax, email or in person. Visit the Contact us page for our details as these are not included on the application form. RTI applications may only be submitted offline.
