Chantelle Flint, Head of Performing Arts at All Saints Anglican School, has been recognised for her exceptional contributions to education and the arts.
With more than 25 years of teaching experience, including 17 years at All Saints, Chantelle has built a thriving arts program that inspires both students and staff. Senior drama students consistently achieve outstanding results, with many students receiving top grades and perfect scores each year. Beyond academic success, Chantelle fosters a vibrant culture of creativity and inclusion, offering students opportunities to perform in plays, musicals, and festivals. Her productions, such as the school's biennial musical, draw thousands of audience members and involve nearly 200 students.
Chantelle mentors aspiring performers, many of whom have gained entry into prestigious institutions like NIDA, WAAPA and the Queensland Conservatorium - and perform professionally in Australia and abroad. A passionate advocate for drama, she actively supports her peers through professional development and QCAA roles.
