As Deputy Principal, she has led initiatives such as the Wise Wellness Program, embedding wellbeing practices into the school day and fostering self-managed learning among students.

Her innovative approach to workforce sustainability has also addressed national teacher shortages, by introducing flexible working arrangements that have re-engaged highly skilled educators while enhancing staff retention and satisfaction.
